What is Health?

  If a person is leading his life without any physical or mental issues then that person is said to be "Healthy". When that person gets ill then he is said to be as an "Unhealthy" Person. Reading this you have come to know that how important health is. Thus this phrase suits to this right (Health is Wealth).

 

How to manage to be a Healthy Person?

  It's so simple to answer this Question - "To take care about our Health" – That’s the only thing you could do to be healthy and you will only realize this when you fell ill that how important Health is to lead a good life.

  There are many things that we could do to manage ourselves to be Healthy:

1.  Working out (Exercising)

  Exercising is very important in one’s life this helps us in many ways it not only provides us good health it also boosts our Productivity by managing our Energy levels and this is the only thing which can make anyone in this world more stronger. It provides us both mental and physical strength which will make anyone the best.

I’m working out from past 2 years and the changes I’ve got during this process was absolutely remarkable I gained muscle mass and even it made me more stronger.

It’s not necessary to perform heavy workouts [At least not at the beginner level]

We can start with less strained exercises such as: Walking, Small weight lifts (5-10 kg). Which will not strain our body and help us set the foundation for this Habit. I bet that you will love this process.

 

2.  Meditation & Yoga

  Meditation and Yoga are one of the best things of the World they provide us a different Lifestyle. Yes, a different “Lifestyle” My Yoga tutor always says that yoga is not only about performing asana it’s an “Ancient Lifestyle” to lead and the wonderful thing is it’s still applicable at present and I believe it will be still applicable in the future.

You’ll be wondering how could Yoga keep us healthy and I would answer that as I said it’s a lifestyle and if we follow it. It could keep us Healthy and Fit. Especially to keep us mentally fit.

These are the two main things to do to make ourselves fit both by physically and mentally.


 

Is this enough to be Healthy?

  Yes not, these things are necessary but not enough other than this the most important role is of our Diet.

A Balanced Diet is very important in a person’s life. A good diet can keep a person healthy. As you have heard from your childhood A Balanced Diet consists of every Nutrients that are required to lead a healthy life. In Kannada there’s a quote

 “ಾತು ಬಲ್ಲವನಿಗೆ ಜಗಳವಿಲ್ಲ, ಊಟ ಬಲ್ಲವನಿಗೆ ರೊಗವಿಲ್ಲ​

Which means Person who knows to talk will never quarrel and Person who knows to eat will never get any diseases.

So eat well be healthy.
